Family: As a mother, Kate considers family to be a critical factor in making relocation decisions. Her children have attended private, public, and charter schools in the Jacksonville area so she has a wealth of knowledge that can provide a sense of direction regarding specific locations that best fit a family’s needs.

Medical: Kate was certified as an EMT in 2013 and drove ambulances in the city of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. She has behind-the-scenes knowledge of the medical facilities in Northeast Florida. The driving experience helped develop Kate’s “tour guide” abilities, traffic patterns, neighborhood amenities, back country roads and busy metropolitan areas. This is a huge advantage for any of her clients.

Military: Kate’s family has experienced seasons of deployment and relocation over the years which uniquely qualifies Kate to give advice from a personal perspective of military life and the
challenges on a family during this stressful time of transition.
